The Stress Reduction course is a comprehensive course designed to help women learn effective strategies to manage and reduce stress. The program is interactive and engaging, providing participants with practical learning experiences and tools they can use daily.

Participants will learn how to identify stress triggers and prioritize their relaxation. In addition to learning about stress management techniques, participants will also have the opportunity to explore the role of mindfulness and therapeutic breathing.
